We offer free shipping for orders above $50 in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii do not align with the free shipping promotion. International shipping also does not align with free shipping. These orders shipping pricing will be presented to the customer at checkout.
Orders typically are processed within 24 hours (business days, not weekends). If an order is received after 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, processing will not begin until the following business day. Orders are not processed on most holidays.
Orders are generally delivered in 3 - 8 days depending on where you're shipping to after processing time. We ship from LA.
However, once your order has been shipped, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive depends primarily on the carrier; method of shipment; customer's destination; how far the package have to travel; and other unforeseen obstacles experienced by the carrier.
Once your order is processed and sent out for delivery, you should receive an email with your tracking information soon after.
A tracking number will be emailed to you to the email that you provide with your order. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours, after you receive the tracking number for the carrier to update the information. We have seen, especially with USPS, tracking issues with them updating tracking information. If you see any issues with your tracking number. Please contact us or the carrier.
We only ship to physical locations, not PO Boxes.
We currently ship worldwide however this does not fall under our free shipping promotion. Also international shipment may incur an import fee or tax before you receive your goods. If you deny the shipment and we receive the shipment back, we'll refund you the bag however you are responsible for the shipping fee.
Multiple Orders Arriving Separately.
If you order multiple bags most likely they'll be shipping individually so at times will not be delivered at the same time.
At time our our online store and warehouse do not sync properly in which case can create your order to become backordered after your order has processed.
