That is why every purchase on our site comes with a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you do not like the product for any reason, all you need to do is return the product within 30 days from the original purchase or delivery date and we will refund 100% of your payment, minus your original shipping fees. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned goods.
If the product is not in its original condition, unfortunately, we can’t accept the return.
For the returned bag to be accepted it must be:
1) In new/unused condition
2) All tags/labels still on the bag
3) In all original packaging
If any of the above do not meet our criteria for a return, it’s best to find an alternative for your purchase. Please note, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If it does, you will need an RMA/ASN from us to ship the return back. If the shipment does not have the RMA/ASN we cannot track the return with our warehouse and most likely becomes a lost product. Please attach the RMA/ASN to the package with your shipping label.

Limited Product Warranty
The Shrine warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of initial purchase. The Shrine will repair or replace at its discretion products that it finds are defective within the scope of this warranty. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear or damage related to misuse, abuse, or neglect. The Shrine disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of, MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy.
